Sapporo Yurigahara Park Park-PFI LiLiLi — Sapporo's First Case, Community-Led SPV Park Operation
Yurigahara Park in Kita Ward, Sapporo opened the park interaction facility 'LiLiLi' on October 25, 2025 as Sapporo City's first Park-PFI (Public Offering Management System) project. It is operated by the special purpose company 'YURIGAHARA PARK FUTURE LAB,' led by the general incorporated association SAPPORO PLACEMAKING LABO with local companies including Marumi Coffee and Soushin Construction—a community-led Park-PFI case.
SENNAN LONG PARK (Sennan Rinku Park) Park-PFI — Three-Party Collaboration: Osaka Prefecture Land + Sennan City Lease + Daiwa Lease

Shizuoka City Johoku Park Park-PFI — From Suspension by Resident Lawsuit to Whole-Park Redevelopment
Shizuoka City introduced Park-PFI at Johoku Park in March 2021, selecting the 'Connecting Park Project' (Tsunagu Park Project) consortium led by Fuji Urban Development as the certified plan submitter. The business scheme featured Starbucks Coffee (café) + Asobicom (all-weather indoor children's play facility), but Starbucks withdrew in April 2022 and a resident lawsuit filed in May 2022 caused temporary suspension. Tsurumai Park Park-PFI — Nagoya's First Park in 100+ Years of History with Yahagi Jisho 20-Year Contract
Tsurumai Park, opened in 1909 (Meiji 42) as Nagoya City's first designated park, received Park-PFI implementation in April 2022. A 5-company consortium led by Yahagi Jisho serves as the certified plan submitter, with the commercial facility TSURUMA GARDEN opening on May 27, 2023 under a 20-year contract (until March 2042) driving park redevelopment.
Toshima Midori Disaster Prevention Park IKE・SUNPARK — Triple-Integrated Model of Mint Bureau Site + Disaster Park + Park-PFI
